Since joining KANOU, and through working alongside everyone here, I have been genuinely impressed by the team's efficient collaboration and warm, supportive atmosphere. It is the support and cooperation of my colleagues that have enabled me to integrate quickly and continue growing.

This appointment is not only a recognition but also a weighty responsibility. I will channel this trust into motivation to move forward, actively applying the experience I have accumulated to work with the team in defining our direction and implementing concrete actions.
