The Improvement of Wooden Case for Precision Parts Packaging-Kanou Precision

Hello, I am Huang lijiang, the head of the quality department of Dongguan Kanou. Today I would like to share with you the improvement measures we have made regarding the problem of difficult to open packing crates raised by our customers.

Previously, our customers had some complaints about the way we use nails to fix the wooden crate flaps. This practice requires extreme care when installing, as some crates have thin walls and are prone to cracking due to the smashing of nails, which in turn may damage the product. Especially for large boxes, the need to smash a circle of nails in the flap made it very difficult for customers to open the box after receiving the product. They had to pry open each nail one by one, resulting in the crate not being able to be used again and causing great inconvenience to the customer.

To solve these problems, we immediately made improvements. We now use latches on the boxes to secure the flaps to avoid cracking problems. In addition, we added zip ties for further reinforcement to ensure that the flaps are firm and will not come loose during transportation. In order to make it easier for customers to pick up their products, we added a ruffle design to the back of the box, making it easier to open and close the box. These improvements not only solved the problem of the cover being difficult to open, but also eliminated the potential danger that nails could cause to product safety.
