What is the key to a successful collaboration? A Good Tripartite Relation between Customers, Partners & KANOU!

Joining KANOU PRECISION (Singapore) Pte Ltd or SGK in short provide me with a different perspective from the usual sales activities, all my past experiences were focusing in sales, marketing & biz development. And now in SGK, I have to be responsible for sourcing & procuring exercises.

Taking heed of KANOU's Action Principle which is to "Create Revenue & Provide Value-Add for Customers", I have to be responsible in my sourcing activities to ensure that we do not just want to close a biz deal for profit. SGK wants to ensure that our customers benefit from our services as well, thus the assessment of our partners become a crucial part to ensure that selected vendors will and can be our long term partner in the long run as well.

Per our CEO's constant reminder & guidance, a good reputation take years to build up, but it can be easily destroyed by a moment of folly.

SGK being a one stop shop for our valued customers, we endeavour to soource, serve and meet our customers' various manufacturing needs. We make a 100% effort to ensure that whatever that is purchased from SGK meets the criteria set by the customers. 

Besides customers, we strive to have a cordial tripartite relation with our partner vendors as well including our own manufacturing team. 

We believe that a good relation with our partners & manufacturing team ensure a fantastic customer service downstream, and will ultimately result in a win win situation for all.

We want to spread the positive energy to our partners & manufacturing team that a happy customer is crucial for our growth. So positively and theorically, 2 happy customers will double our growth, and 3 happy ones will triple our growth, although we know this is not a pragmatic calculation but this is the positive motivation behind SGK that pushes us to strive for the whole of KANOU.
