Aug 2024 – SGK Blog – "What are the benefits of blogging?"—Kanou precision

There is a saying “21 days to form a habit”, unknowingly, I have been writing monthly blogs consistently for almost a year since joining KANOU.

Initially when I was tasked to do this as a monthly affair, I find it a chore and doubt the benefits regular blogging.

However, I took up the challenge and find the blogging experience amazing thereafter, I believed that consistency is key to form a habit regardless of the number of days needed.

As of now, it has been preset in my brain that comes to month end, I have to prepare a blog. No reminders needed.

Once a month only? Yes, it is too little, I do hope to increase this frequency eventually but for now, let me feel proud of myself for consistently writing a monthly blog.

Blogging is not tough actually; daily experiences will give you a topic to blog on.

So, what are the benefits of blogging from my perspective –

a. Bring a message across to the masses especially to your peers & colleagues in a subtle manner.

b. Let our partners, customers know we are sincere and down to earth, we have no fear to voice out our thoughts.

c. Helps me in my writing skills & brush up my English.

d. Importantly, in our line of work, having new blogs will update the Search Engine Optimization of our website.
