"The Power of Improvement" - Kanou Group's Lean Production Activity Day at Kanou Precision

To better serve our customers and further enhance our production efficiency, Kanou Group held its annual Lean Production Activity Day on May 11. At 10:00 AM, Mr. Musk of Kanou Group and all employees gathered at Kanou Precision Technology Factory to commence this year's Lean Production Activity Day.

Sharing Knowledge on Improvement
The event began with a presentation by Mr. Guo, the company's manager, who introduced the theme of the meeting, "Lean Production," and briefly outlined the meeting's guidelines and disciplines. Following this, the keynote speaker of the lean production knowledge sharing session, Mr. Wang Xianjie, Deputy General Manager of the Group's Lean Production Committee, was introduced. Mr. Wang detailed the necessity of implementing lean production, common misconceptions about lean production, and improvement strategies within lean production. During the session, colleagues were attentive and diligently took notes on the meeting's key points and content.

Quiz with Prizes
After the presentation, Deputy General Manager Mr. Wang hosted a quiz session with prizes based on the key content of his lecture. This not only ensured that everyone gained something valuable from the session but also enlivened the atmosphere. Participants eagerly and correctly answered questions, demonstrating the success of the presentation. Finally, Mr. Wang took a group photo with all the prize winners.

Lean Production Annual Report
At the midpoint of the event, Mr. Xie from the Lean Production Committee presented the results of the 2024 fiscal year's lean production efforts. He provided a detailed overview of the current progress in the group's lean production improvements, reported on last year's improvement cases, set this year's improvement goals, and discussed Kanou Group's lean advancement plans.

Speech by the Chairman
Mr. Musk, the Chairman of Kanou Group, gave a speech explaining why lean production is essential and the origins of Lean Production Day: "Three years ago, the group invited someone to share insights on lean production with us, and that day was May 11. The speaker mentioned that Toyota dedicates one day each year to lean production, which deeply inspired me to make this decision," said Mr. Musk.
