                                                        What are automation equipment parts and components?

Automation equipment parts and components refer to the collective term for the basic physical units and functional modules that constitute automated machinery, production lines, or systems (such as robotic arms, CNC machines, automatic packaging machines, assembly lines, etc.).

Parts:refer to basic individual elements that cannot be further disassembled, 

typically manufactured from a single material through processes such as turning, milling, grinding, or stamping. Examples include: a screw, a bearing, a shaft, a gear.

Components: refer to modular units assembled from multiple parts that can perform specific functions. Examples include: a servo motor (which contains internal parts such as a rotor, stator, bearings, encoder, etc.), a linear module, a pneumatic gripper.



                                  What are the precautions for machining parts of automation equipment?

This ensures machining efficiency, consistency, and avoids batch defects.

Cleaning and Deburring are Fundamental Requirements: All machining burrs, chips, and oil stains must be thoroughly removed. Tiny burrs or impurities can scratch precision surfaces, affect assembly accuracy, or even break off and jam moving parts, leading to equipment failure.
